The Show-Me Arts Group of Paseo would like to announce the winners of the Missouri Alliance of Arts Education Arts Advocate Contest.
Congratulations, Khalil Odums and Benjamin Rauth. They have both been selected to go to Washington, D.C. as our National Student Advocates for the state of Missouri this year. The committee had such a difficult time deciding between their applications which they thought were some of the strongest they've ever received that the judges asked if they could send both of them instead of just one. After conferring with the chair of the Missouri Alliance of Arts Education, they have decided to raise enough funds to send both Khalil and Ben on an all expenses trip to D.C. to advocate for the Arts on National Arts Advocacy Day which will be March 20.
Again, congratulations, Khalil and Ben! Well done!
