Office of Student Intervention ensures each student and family is afforded due process. Parents electing to file a complaint can do so by calling (816) 418-7332. Office of Student Intervention Programs strives to resolve each reported complaint within 48 hours of the initial call. Although complaints may take longer to resolve, the parent will be ensured a response to his/her complaint. It is recommended that parent contact the school administrator first to resolve the problem. If the problem has not been resolved after initial contact with the school administrator, then the Office of Student Intervention Programs will become involved in resolving the reported complaint.
